Law 3869/2010, also known as the "Katseli law", despite the amendments it has undergone, provides the tools to individuals who are permanently insolvent to settle their debts to credit institutions, individuals, the State ( Tax Offices), the insurance funds and the municipalities, on very favorable terms. Our office has the required experience and training in the implementation of this law and is able to undertake the rapid and effective representation of its principals, from the first stage of the out-of-court settlement attempt to that of the court settlement process and, finally, before it.
